When the contractor notifies our platform to say the job is done, it’s your turn to check and confirm the work’s been completed according to your contract. If it has been, we deliver the funds you deposited with us in ‘escrow’ to the contractor. To ensure they get paid, the contractor has the extra incentive to make sure they do things promptly and effectively – and you can feel secure knowing you won’t lose a cent if they don't deliver.
